WPB Action app for iPhone and iPad

This full-featured tool enables residents, business owners, and visitors to improve their City by reporting issues such as pesky potholes, damaged street signs, and other local problems. This mobile app can be used for a variety of other issues such as graffiti, public parks conditions, street maintenance, street light issues, damaged trees, and dirty vacant lots.

To open a case: start by taking a photo of the issue, next enter a quality-of-life condition that describes your photo, add optional contact information and submit the ticket. The reports are entered into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request, by using a unique tracking number for each case.
